There are a lot of links and websites out there that claim to help with Mental Health issues and it can be really confusing sometimes when you try to find comfort or relatable material, so I have decided to share some of my favourite with you and hope that they help in some way x

The Blurt Foundation.

Blurt have become a massive part of my life, I am a frequent subscribed to their Buddy Boxes which are a little bundle of joy. They have some amazing resources for dealing with anxiety and depression and are definitely worth a look.

Anxiety UK

Anxiety UK has some great resources and has so much information of different phobias too! The charity was even formed by someone living with Agoraphobia.
Anxiety UK have therapy locations across the UK, so you can actually have 1:1 help if that’s what you want to try!

Mind is a charity that have resources on every single Mental Health illness there is! They also have locations across the UK that offer therapy and different treatments.
There’s also a huge part of the website which tells us all about other people’s stories and brilliant testimonials.

Drug Rehab

As many people know, drugs and alcohol can cause anxiety and Drug Rehab is a great website which offers help with addiction as well as many mental health issues.

LGBT Foundation

This website is absolutely brilliant for anyone who is struggling with their sexuality, or for anybody who wants to learn about issues people are faced with! They also cover issues such as homelessness, drugs and bullying. Definitely worth a read, especially if you’re also struggling with coming out.
